Had an issue with our lift out at Baulkham Hills, had Callum come out and nothing was too hard for him, he was professional to deal with and was a pleasure to deal with, the lift has never been running better since.

I rate this company 0 as it doesnot responsible and never reply to your email back almost 1 month. The story start by: at 10 pm the lift door stucked open constantly and never close properly, I afraid to stock inside so I tried to get out but my keys dripped down to the shaft, and for that to come and take it out cost $462 . When I emailed them they never replied to me, 3 time called them and everytime they told ne to reply to my email but still didnot. I also send them video about how that door had problems. Before that incident they came to fix it but nothing even got worst than before.
Such a bad customer service and company never recommend for contract with this company.

Car lift breaks down weekly at this stage.
Have missed work and other appointments due to this.
Rang headoffice to be informed they would let people know when the lift is back working but no update.
Technician was at lift for hours but couldn't give a time for it to be fixed.
Often broken and needing a technician to call out or having to wait long time for lift to move between floors.

Dropped my keys down my elevator shaft and they sent out a technician that was passing by the area to get them out at no extra cost. Couldn't be more happy!

The only communication from this company that appears to be prompt is if they think they can charge you extra for something or if you leave a Google Review.

I proactively contacted the company to ask with the NBN rollout in the area if the lifts would be affected by Telstra's copper lines being cut off, this was not addressed for months until we were held at ransom stating we were non-compliant and they should stop our lifts until we paid thousands for a communication system upgrade!

A couple of months ago the lift stopped working again. I phoned and asked if they could get back to me as to when this was scheduled to be fixed to know if this was going to be sorted quickly or I should put some signs up to let all residents know the issue had been reported and when it was expected to be fixed. An hour and a half later I phoned again to find out no further information other than they would pass along another message.

Over the past couple of weeks the close door button in the lift has become loose and now disappeared into the lift. This was general wear and tear, not accidental or even malicious damage. I emailed photos, a short description and the address of the building asking for it to be looked at the next time a technician was onsite and received NO response again. Nearly a week later they respond to a separate complaint through Strata wanting close to $500 if someone is called out to replace the button and asking what address this was from.

I understand everyone can have a bad day but is it too much to expect some responsive customer service the rest of the time and a maintenance contract that covers general wear and tear?

I was surprised to read one of the replies to another comment that states: "The lifts in your building will not cost anyone anything. They are covered under a 12 month warranty and an extended 5 year warranty and covered under a comprehensive maintenance agreement." Our lifts are under 5 years old and have a maintenance agreement...

Another big question for everyone who has these lifts installed is what happens after the 5 years?!?!

We were told some years ago that because Going Up were the only makers of lifts with ground floor
lift motor rooms, that we would have to use them for service as any other service company would
have to go to them for parts. Saturday night for the fourth time in two months the lift failed and
the tech told us that could not be fixed until Monday as they had to wait until then to source parts.
I am an amputee and unable to walk up/down three floors, my wife has just had major back surgery
and in the same position. Not at all happy

The elevator in our building is a "Going Up Elevator". We have had many issues since the building was constructed. Some of these issues have never been resolved despite many attempts. I would not recommend these lifts for any new construction. 1. The buttons light up and make a noise if you push them but they don't activate unless you push them firmly. Why do they light up and make a noise for a half press? 2. If someone uses the security swab just before you it still beeps and lights up when you use your swab and press the button but doesn't register. You then have to repeat the process to get it to go to your floor. 3. The lifts break down occasionally. 4. Sometimes the lifts forget that you pressed a button. 5. If someone just came down in the lift, and you get in and press an upper floor without having called the lift, it will close then reopen the doors before allowing you to commandeer the lift. 6. If you get in a down lift accidentally it will go to the bottom floor and reset everyone's floors. You will then have to use your security swab and press your floor again.
